1. What is pengpos?

pengpos (meaning tomato) is an online food and grocery delivery platform for all Cambodian households.

2. How do I register?

Just click on Sign Up button the top right hand side, then you can fill in your profile information and password. Next time it will be easier for you to order products faster and get opportunities to get discount and more.

3. I have changed myemail address or other information, how can I update my information?

Please click on Login button and use your existing account that you created last time and click on My Account on the right hand side, then edit your email address.


Orders

1. Can I make anychange of my order after billing?


You cannot cancelyour order or change any item after billing (after checking out).


2. When and how can Icancel an order?

You can cancel yourorder before you “Confirm” the checkout. After you have clicked“confirm” the checkout, you won’t be able to cancel your order.


3. How do I checkcurrent status of my order?

We aim to providethe most cutting-edge technology to you so that we can provide muchconvenience to you. For now, we have not released our mobileapplication yet. Thus, we will call to inform you before we deliverproducts to your home/office. You can also call to our customersupport number to know about your current status of your order.


4. Can I buy productsover the phone?

You cannot buyproducts over the phone, but our team will help you through yourbuying process or other technical difficulties that you mightencounter.

Payment Method

14. What are the payment methods?

Currently, we only accept Cash On Delivery (COD). However, we will offer other payment gateway in the near future.

15. Which currencies can I pay in?

You can either pay in Khmer Riels or Dollars. Our rate is $1=4100riels


Delivery

You cannot buy products over the phone, but our team will help you through your buying process or other technical difficulties that you might encounter during. I do not receive an invoice.

We want you to receive what you want. If you are 100% unhappy about your purchase, you can return your purchase to us all the

No extra charges for any item. However, delivery charges will apply for the orders.


17. How quick do you deliver my purchase?

The maximum delivery time is 2 hours. However, we will do our utmost to make sure that our customers can receive their products much faster than 2 hours.


18. What is the delivery time?

We start from 7:30am until 8pm. You can select the time you would like your items to be delivered. Yet, we reserve 3 hours to deliver our

Delivery charges will varies based on the amount of money you spend on your order.


20. Can I order groceries from anywhere I want?

For now, we only operate in BKK1. We are in a process of validating our idea. Hence, we will test only at BKK1 market. If everything is going well within 3 months, we will expand to other districts in Phnom Penh.


21. When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order during the time slot you have chosen.


22. Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address in your account setting.


23. Am I supposed to tip the deliveryman?

No, you are not required to give tip to our deliveryman. Yet, you can give them tip if you satisfy with their performance.
